When Will My Order Ship?

Due to COVID-19 and continued supply chain disruptions it may take 3-10 business days before your order ships and you receive a shipment confirmation. Subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Most shipments leave our warehouse within 48 hours of placing an order. Some take longer if shipping from a vendors warehouse.  Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be e-mailed to you with a delivery estimate.

If your delivery address is in the Islands, delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Free Shipping Promotion

We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on most of the orders on our website to the vast majority of countries. 

This excludes some oversized items and particularly remote areas or small islands.

Does my bike come pre-assembled?

Remember that bikes are shipped boxed, and 80%-90% assembled. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes or tuning the gears.
